Hi folks,
At the moment I am using a VW/Audi Phatbox with my standard Alana Headunit - it isn't that bad, nice & discreet and gives good sound quality.
But I fancy a little change, and maybe a better quality headunit than the original Alana one... but as I like carrying a lot of music with me and don't like having CD's kicking about the car, maybe I could try a USB headunit?
Ideally I'll have about £200 to spend at the most... I'd like a headunit thats a decent quality and has USB support - so I can connect a USB pen with ease.
In the ideal world if you can get one with a USB connection on the back that would be amazing, I could run a cable from the back of the headunit into the little cubbyhole under my lightswitch - keeping it discreet yet easy to access.
Any pro's or con's to this method? Seems ideal for me as I don't really have any CD's anymore - all albums on MP3
