uprated clutch and short shifter!

hi guys, ive got a 2003 1.6 leon sx. The clutch is on its way out after quite a bit of abuse!
does anyone know where i can get an uprated clutch and roughly how much they are?
also where can i get a "short shifter" and how much are they?
Ive searched google but ebay has taken over! lol and i dont trust buying stuff like that form ebay!

Have you tried posting and asking this question in any of the sponsors forums? And have you tried a search yet? What info did you find mate?

my search led me to leoncupra.co.uk. very good site! the guide for the short shifter is good and im looking at where he got his kit. cant find owt bout the clutch tho! problem is u all got cupras n mines a 1.6 sx. i soooooooo wish i had a cupra!
