Umm... pass on that!

The switch goes near the window operator switch, you'll have to buy that an the plate that goes with it...

The switch goes where your mirror adjuster knob thingy goes. Up for right mirror, down for left and centre for heat. I've got heated mirrors on mine-its a great thing on a chilly morning to be able to see a bit more!

Are all electric ones heated or is it an option?

Mine are electric and non-folding but didn't defrost yesterday morning (when it was -5 degC) even though I had the back demister on.

The heated mirrors isnt connected to the rear demister in any way it should be on the wing mirror adjustment knob if you have it you should have a logo inbetween the L and R and the folding is also controlled by that same knob
