Upgraded brakes now on :)

Front brake conversion now complete with the parts I bought from Roly.

Fitted straight on:

MK3 1.8 20vt Hubs, Calipers, ball joints, brembo vented discs, pagid fast road pads.

Everything went on with no mods apart from removing the ABS sensors because they werent needed.

also just noticed in ur arch that white bit, is that where ur wheels are rubbing matey?

good work matey, did you have fun trying to undo the 30mm hub-nut ?!?

undid mine by mistake when I fitted the 280's to my 2.0 8v, but was good practice for when I fit the 256's to the gf's 1.4

Nah the mechanic seemed to manage alright with it apart from shearing one of my ball joint bolts of but other then that no problems.

Calipers dont shoe through that much really but shall get a pic.

Shame that my 17's rub so much, I blame the tyres as my 18's on my last one did not rub as much as these and they were 9" wide!
