Update On Car!

Well it gets better the girl that smashed into me wasn't insured! Possibly leaving me with a huge bill, Churchill is being great and really fighting the case but she is proving hard to track down.

Also, change of plan looks like when I get the car back, I am going to trade it for a 2004 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 Active, yeah its a corsa but I won't make it look like a chav car and its well equipped and should prove very reliable with 17 months warranty!

Unlike the Ibiza which SEAT has washed its hands of, I have just sent another email, hopefully the contents will make SEAT re-evaluate the situation shall we say.

Do you have legal cover to fight your case? It just makes you wonder how many people on the road are doing the same as the beatch the hit you.

Yes thank god, you never really think you will need it do you?
And I never thought before about uninsured drivers, but I knew as soon as she hit me she didn't have insurance
She tried offering me cash, I was like "the value of your car won't cover the damage"

So annoyed. If they can't trace her though then I will loose out and my insurance will be even higher and its just not fair that I the legal driver in the rights looses out upto £2k in insurance premiums.
