Under boost on Altea

I have an issue with the turbo under boost. code 0299. However, before the engine management light comes on, I get the glow plug light on, this will happen 3 times before the engine light comes on. The diagnostics check shows turbo under boost error code 0299. It will also show an air flow sensor error. 0101. Fitted a new Air flow sensor. Still get the same error codes. Acceleration is lethargic when under strain or accelerating in 2nd gear beyond where I would normally change gear. eg going uphill. Downhill no problem. We have tested the actuator, and it is working fine.
However, we noticed that the hose that goes into the actuator has a one-way valve. Is this correct? Will add a photo later if it helps.
The fault was on the car prior to a replacement engine recently. The fault prior to this was very intermittent and fine during summer months. Now it is happening every time I drive the car. I have to stop and restart so that the glow plug light goes out. Any ideas please?

Thanks, Did that and not leaks. It appears that the vacuum lines have put been put back in the wrong places following the replacement engine. I will not be taking it back the garage as they took 10 months to replace the engine. Another story.
I identified that the N75 solenoid had a one way valve into the turbo actuator. Removed it and placed it where it should be.

My new question is, what part of the N75 should the feed to the actuator come from. It is currently coming from the thicker (center) of the three options. The top one being the atmosphere.
