looking for decent lowend tyre dont want a budget one would prefer it been a named one been looking at Kumho KU31 can get them for around £60 for a 225 45 16 anyone else got these ? or any other tyres for around this price.

These are the Ecstas yeh? I run a 225 45 17 in these, really good, no problems. Cant fault them.

Think iv had 3 pairs fitted so far.

cheers mate they have alot of good reviews but some people say there are a soft tyre and they wear rele easy have soft sidewalls .

Yeh they are a pretty soft tyre, sidewalls are tough enough mate dont worry about that.

Obviously there are cheaper and there are more expensive, get a set on, if you dont like them then you wont buy them again! But you'll have a good mid range tyre fitted

ok mate a think a will try some i had toyo tr-1s on my last car they were quite good but agen they were soft. it has yokohama on at the min but not payen xxx amount for them.

Have you looked at the Falken FK5542 or the Hankook Ventus V12 EVO?

i have just had a look at there around the £75 mark and the kumo are like £55 want to try any keep it as close to that price as i can. cheers
