Tyre Pressures - Non Standard Wheels

I know there are many threads on Tyre Pressures, but none seem to answer this question.

I have Altea Stylance 2.0TDI (140PS), with factory upgrade from 16" to 17" Wheels (225/45 17").
Sticker in Fuel Flap says 2.2bar front and 2.0bar back for light load, but I assume this is for the standard 16" wheels. The Flap does not give any sizes, and the Manual gives nothing at all.

Can anyone confirm that the bigger Rims have the same pressures ?
Is there anywhere a difinative chart of Engine size to Rim/Profile to Pressures ?
