Tyre fitters in Hampshire for the Leon

After getting 4 x michelin tyres for about £300 I'm trying to find somewhere to fit them that won't charge the earth.

IIRC for costs -
JKM did mine at approx £10 + vat to fit i think.... each of course...

if not place next to ASDA at chandlers ford is good and cheap too. Think they quoted me £15 a wheel.

can't think of anyone else who quoted me - the big branded places like kr*p-fit etc wanted £20 a wheel....

Jim balanced mine perfectly - unlike the last company who shall remain nameless. for now at least.

Could try micheldever tyres im not sure how much fit only is with them but they are normally cheaper than the web for supply and fit

I've found a place that'll change all four for £30, balance etc etc. and it's a Seat dealer

As others have said, Micheldever Tyres are as cheap as anywhere in the country (although I've never taken tyres to them as they are normally cheaper than Internet+postage.)

Dunno how much they'll charge for fitting, but there is a place right behind the old Meridian studio's in Northam, can't remember what they're called but you can't miss em, really cheap tyres and top service they really know their stuff! The guy there used to run Micheldever tyres!

To give you an idea as to how cheap Micheldever Tyres can be, about 2 years ago I was in the queue for alignment and got talking to another customer. He lived in Norwich, but the savings on the tyres for his Brabus Merc were enough to justify travelling to Hampshire.

These guys are fairly new I think, have been hearing some good stuff about them through other people at work... www.pureservice.com located near leisure world. not sure about their rates though.

I'm going to stick with Meadens of Sway for the mo, will let you know how I get on. As for fully supplied I wouldn't go anywhere but Micheldever. Seen a few super cars up there in my past visits. Would like to see a Carrera GT up there.
