twin intercoolers on a LC

ive got a LC, would putting twin intercoolers make much difference

More then likely easier to get a front mate I'd have thought and I'd recommend the Forge one I have one and are very happy with it :)

they do mate, reduce inlet temperatures alot, which allows the ecu to run more timing advance, lower inlet temp = more power. fmic will allow power to be held further up the rev range, wont increase physical bhp but allow power to be held longer


i would reccomend going custom fmic like i did for the lc, good kit and reletavly easy install. the forge fmic is twin pass which will create more pressure drop than the single pass resulting in a little more lag.

The problem with the side mounted coolers is theres very little air flow going over it. Adding an extra one may help keep temps down but no-where near as well as a good front mount.

Ask Phillc, he done this before going fmic, think he reported they were a good upgrade if you didn't wanna go fmic
