I have atwin headlight conversion on a cordoba but one of the headlight lenses is smashed.

I know nothing about these so can someone recommend if replacement parts be sourced individually or should the whole lot just be binned ?

cheers
Mark

Thanks Fl@pper! I might take you up on that if I can't find a number on the opposite lense.

Good suggetsion by the way - why didn't I think of that?!?! Doh!

Here's a pic of the front end so I'm guessing it's the standard twin headlight conversion? Can some one let me know if I've got something odd ball or *******ised.

Cheers

not the best pic but looks like the 'Seat' one which were in fact made by Morrette anyways 97-99 style same as mine it looks like

Ibiza,Cordoba%2097-99%20Morettes.jpg

there is an earlier 93-96 style about but that had odd size lamps in it and wasn't projector lamps in the mains (check outer lens centres)

Ibiza%2093-96%20Morettes.jpg

either way they are a bit marmite ( i like em) and suck for seeing anything but some half decent HID's cure that and don't panic they have an amazingly sharp cut off that any other model would be proud of if you chuck hid's in it, just pull the reistor out if you do

another way is to look at the grille mesh (early diamond / laters round hole) but as it's easily changed not always a guarantee

Thanks Fl@pper - really handy.

Got a pic of mine today and it has the black round-holed grill and looks very much like the latter model in the moulding angles, so guess that coroborates it.

Also it is the spot light glass broken not the main so that's handy as it's non directional. I tried taking a photo of the number etched in the glass on teh otehr side as didn't have a pen on me to write it down but unfortunately that pic didn't come out. Oh well. Shouldn't be too hard to source ..... I hope :)
