Right strange one this...

Just been out in the car and decided to swap the map back to the normal one,

First off the code read 20005, i changed the 2 for a 0 and went out, the car seemed the same as usual, i swapped back to 20005 and still though they were both similar... any how i decided to change the map to 10005 but when i went to recode the code read 00140???

i changed back to 20005 and left it,

Why will it have changed and why did the map seem/feel the same??? Was i doing it wrong?
