Turbo upgrade, whats needed?

What is need to do the biger turbo upgrade and which one is the best to go for the 1.8t LCR.

I take it i will need a remap.

is the downpipe different?
a different manifold?

What about a hybrid turbo would that make much difference, what is the difference between the hybrid and anormal one?

hybrid is basically uprated internals so the turbo can take more boost hence producing more power

but some hybrids make less power ... cough ben cough ... about 4 -5 grand for a bigger turbo
