turbo replacement ideal

Past few days, my turbo chargers, sounds abit noisy, similer to diesel whistle. Plus had to upgrade me dv spring. To help keep stable boost pressure
Its going in for an inspection at me local garage to be certain.

Im thinking of fitting a better turbo, such as garrets eliminator. has any one fitted anything similer kits to the APP engine?
I can cough up abit of $'s.

Any suggestions ppl.

Thats sounsd realy good, not many ppl have done it, as it very laggy.
Im looking for something which is mainly plug and play, the t34 looks like a mission to fit.
