Hi all, I have a LCR 225 running stage 2 (see sig) and I have noticed recently that after even a stint of mild(ish) beans, when i stop and look at the turbo (at night), it seems to be glowing rather red!
Is this normal? I know there is an egt sensor in the exhaust housing which (apparently) if reads over 950 degrees will cut back the injection timing to bring down temps, Will my stage 2 software over write this or is it something that just happens??does it reach that temp often (how hot is red??!!)
Any info regarding this would be great Thanks in advance.
P.S I always cool it down properly too if anyones wondering!
