Turbo downpipe bolts?

I've got a new exhaust to fit, full system from turbo back............got it out today to have a look and the down pipe comes with 4 new bolts?

I thought the bolts from the turbo that hold the down pipe were fixed to the turbo?

If not how do you get to the top of them and undo the nuts at the same?

Or have I got it wrong and the turbo is just threaded and the bolts actually go into the turbo flange?



What ever they are do the usually undo ok as I would think its a right pain in the arse if one rings off, would be a turbo off job?
