Tuning high mileage TDI's?

Naughty North!
I've been running my 2001 Leon 110 tdi for a couple of weeks now and intended on getting it chipped before i bought it. But i bought it with 100k miles on her, because it was a cheap car, and am a little nervous to start fiddling with it because of the mileage.
I was wondering about any weak points on the 110 tdi's? Heard a few issues with slipping clutches and damaged dual mass flywheels. Is this mileage a cause for concern do you think?
Any other tuning methods apart from the chip that can be done to increase power? And any recommendations for someone to chip my Leon? I'm in the North East area.
Many thanks, Phil . ;)

If this is non pd which i think it is then injectors, Vnt17 turbo and remap springs to mind circa 175-185bhp should be reached

Shouldn't be any problem with tuning high-mileage engines.

If anything does go, such as clutch or turbo, then just view it as an opportunity to improve :)

Not sure clutch slip is such an issue with the non-PDs ? I don't think they generate the torque levels that remapped PDs do, which is what causes clutches to slip.

I said i was going to leave mine standard as the family car but you dont just get rid of the tuning bug, do you?

Here you go http://www.kermatdi.com/

VNT17 is off the 130bhp engines IIRC. Also have a look on TDI forums;)
