Hello all,

Found this guide and thought i should share it, it is based around the Audi TT 225 engine, so most of it is applicable to the LCR.I found the measuring blocks useful and well laid out.
Anyway not sure if it was posted before, but here it is.

Its a good link with some good info. Is Vag Com easy to get and get to grips with as ive used handheld scanners which i know are basic but as i undestand Vag Com is far more technical.

You can pick up a cheap KKL cable on fleebay that will work with version 409 and downward versions or buy the proper one off ross-tech that will give you loads more features, i went with the cheap option as i wanted to see if i would even use it much, but am seriously considering buying the latest version/cable.There are loads of guides on the www.ross-tech.com site and Wiki.Its not that hard to get to grips with, i use mine for data logging, error reading and minor adaptations , some basis adaptations are below, There are guys on here that are extremely competent and helpful with this software.
