looking on seat.com

FR's Track front and rear (mm) 1419/1408

cupra's Track front and rear (mm) 1423/1412

4mm dif to front and rear not alot

but the front is wider than the front by 9mm on both accounts

the mk3 cupra's have the same wider front than rear so would the rear spacers be as effictive on the mk4 as it is on the mk3??

and would this make the 10-15mm wheels spacers a good buy is it better to have wider rear that front or other way round?

or am a a nob thats got alot of thing mixed up? lol

Dont know all that techno talk (maybe a little) but I have 15mm spacers on my FR and have to say it helped keep the back end in place under heavy breaking.

All that has gone to pot now I have 312mm on the front and nothing (I mean nothing!) in the back...

But they do the job when std!

Wideing the rear makes the car a bit more stable on the road, but it makes it understeer more too. I took my 15mm per side spacers off, and does turn a little better no. Maybe just 5mm per side? That would make it even..
