Touchscreen tone volume too high

When on Bluetooth (i.e. pretty much all the time for me - podcasts, and Android Auto for navigation) the input volume is locked to 'Quiet'. See photo.

It means car volume has to be up around 40%, when then makes the touchscreen beep sound waaay too loud.

Has anyone found a way around it?

Does anyone know who to report it to for a potential future software update?

(I think the Bluetooth being fixed at 'Quiet' is something to do with the way Android handles volume in some systems when you can control it at the phone end and at the Bluetooth speaker end. Clearly not always because I can change my headphones volume on either device. I just mention it because anyone on an iPhone might not get the same experience and that's probably why.)

Ah - 1940. I last got an OTA update a week or two ago. The issue has been like this through every software update since I bought the car in January 2023.

Hah - I appreciate the advice, but 'Install correctly' is a very vague instruction that suggests it's all up to me to know what 'correctly' means in a process I've never seen before 🤓

Any links to guides that are known to be complete don't assume people have updated Seat firmware before would be greatly appreciated 👍

This is very often done by myself and I feel like I have done it 100 times. It is not difficult
