Just thought i would let you guys know of a tuner i encountered today for the first time.

Company is called Performance Driven in Taunton - i contacted them as they seemed to be my nearest local Miltek dealer. The exhaust on my car was knocking against part of the car and was a bit noisy. Emailed them from their website and within a short time had a phonecall from them saying yeah no problem to take a look and booked it straight in.

Went down today and met a chap called Phillip - top bloke with all the time in the world to chat and help me out. He was previously a SEAT technician so knows his SEATS well. Got the car on the ramp did some adjusting etc and the exhaust is 10 times better - not a sound other than the burble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Really pleased with the service, costs and overall friendliness - they are APR dealers as well as FK i believe. Give them a shout if your local and want your Cupra seen to.

Yeah Simon was off but as i said Phillip was top bloke!!!

Davidol - No its sitting on standard suspension - whys that?? Is there an issue with lowered suspension and knocking Millteks then??

Thats good to hear some where local that is good, I'm in Yeovil so Taunton is just down the road. Looking at changing my exhaust as well so they may well have to be my next call

Yeah would defintiely recommend giving them a call - your right people are quick to moan.

Harrys Cupra - Yeah give him a shout not far from you and they do Milltek as well as a few others.

Great knowledge of all things SEAT as Phillip used to be SEAT technician!!

Spoken to them and they are really helpfull, told them i'm looking at blue flame and they knew all about them having fitted blue flame systems before but not on an Ibiza but seem really keen on them and willing to fit and not for a stupid sum of money.

No not far though - Weston Super Mud is my place of residence but i work in Bridgwater so Taunton isn't a million miles away.

Wouldn't mind meeting up with you sometime if thats cool as interested in getting a re-map but the APR one that Performance Driven do - the trial version doesn't fit on the Ibiza chip. Also be interested to hear what the dynatwist sounds like.
