Currently driving a 2002 toledo, but interested in getting a 3dr Ibiza 130 sport. Will I lose much in the way of space, especially in the rear? What about rear leg room? Most of the time the rear will be for my 6yr old and 11yr old anyway. I know I'm gonna lose boot space, but that doesn't bother me too much.

As an Ibiza owner, i can say the rear legroom isnt great, it would be fine for kids of that age, but anyone over 5'6" and its pretty cramped.

The boot space is quite a big loss but only if you plan on taking big things, the size and shape of the ibiza boot is sufficeint for most tasks.

Especially if your going from a 5dr to a 3dr, you will notice a big difference.

The 3 door and 5 door ibiza is exactly the same size and have exactly the same leg room. it's just the access to the rear that you loose with the 2 large doors rather than 4 smaller ones.

Thats what i meant, access for kids will be reduced and if they are getting in an out alot then it soon gets a bit tedious :(

Although if it has the Access Plus passenger seat (slides as well as tilts), it's easier to get in the back. Your car has that Radge. Didn't have it as new, but the mechanism broke when a coin got stuck in it and I got the Access Plus mechanism fitted to it under warranty. :D

Boot space is decent and it's a good load carrier for trips to the shops or the likes of Ikea. You'd be amazed at what you can fit in it. :)
