to my car to the dealer - warranty

my suspension was creaking - fixed no probs at all but said ill be charged next time

rear washer pipe - fixed again no probs at all

handbrake needs tightning - said id be charged

they washed and polished my car free of charge for my wait as i got there at 9 like they said and they didnt look at it till 9:45!

when i got my car back there was a dint on the drivers door. this wasnt noted on the car report ! so i went straight back in waited another 10 minutes and the bloke said it had been done before ! after arguing for 10mins he finally agreed to fix it but it will take a whole day !

yes the dealer is Chesterfield auto world

so my car went to the dealer and come out a worse state - o well does anybody recomend the sheffield dealer as ill be going there in future cos chesterfield is turd!

the handbreak it tightened aparantly by pumping the break with the engine off??? iirc

its a self adjusting system so dont get charged!

if the dent wernt there before and wasnt noted on the report GET IT DONE make sure it is repaired properly or they will probably just get a dent magician in to remove it without painting

o by the way rash , there wasnt any chips on the report either - but i have 2 on my bumper - shall i blag these and get a proper job done

The warranty does not cover any adjustments but does cover parts and labor

About the dent, as I have said many times "if you want to take your car to a place where they have no respect for it at all and just treat it like a number then a car dealer is the place to go"

watch them like a hawk and make them do a damage report before they take the keys, you will find that after that they will take proper care of it

It's much better that way
