ticking noise

i have a ticking noise coming from the little black box between the washer fluid bottle n the coolant tank above it.just noticed it today.any ideas its a bosch part on the top if that helps?

It's an emissions thing. Don't worry it's supposed to tick.

thats ok then.i dont think it does it on a m8s LCR though.ill hav to check his car and see.cheers

Does it on mine (and a mates LCR), not all the time mind, dont worry about it.

bonus.its getting serviced next week thats all and i skint didnt realy want to be forking out for more things than i need to at the mo
