tick over like a bag of spanners

had the car serviced on thurs all fine till 2day wen the pipe cum of the top of the charge pipe.reconected it went for a drive then on the way back was at the lights waiting and it started to tick over like a bag of spanners.got home took the cover of the top and it was ok .so disconnected the maf and it seemed better then reconnected it and same.so does this mean my maf on its way out or maybe a coil pack any ideas and suggestions will be great and also its a 03 lcr.geting fecking sick of the lcr now

Most probably the maf if running better when un plugged but def check it with vag com before buying a new maf as you just never know

yea got a scanner at work so will check in the morn so do you think it is or mybe a coilpack

Would just be guessing without vag com but I would doubt it is a coil pack. Unplugging the maf would not make it run better if it was.

new maf fitted today all sorted
