throttle body

guys

going to give my throttle body a clean in a sec ive read some threads on here that it may need re-aligning after is this the case or do i just be careful???

well wen cleaning make sure you dont get it on the sensor. 2nd, when cleaning dont put pressure on the flap as you dont want to damage it.

The way i done it was take the trottle body of and and gave proper clean, but was care full not to put strain on the flap.

When you put the trottle body back on make sure the gasket is aligned before bolting it on.

The best way to realign the trottle body after you have cleaned is to, disconnect the battery for 5 mins. Then reconnect it.
When you turn on the ignition - wait for around 30 seconds before you start it- you should hear motor noise cumin from trottle body - that is realignin it - wait till it stopped and start you car.

Simple as dat

cheers big lad,in the end i just took the hose off and give it a good spray lots of crap came out seems to go a lot better
