I am about to embark on a court case with SEAT UK/SMC and wondered if anyone else was taking legal action against SEAT?

nope, taking seat to court is down to the individual.

silly boy, if you are taking a big corporate to court, i would'nt dream of posting on here. as simply advertising the fact could damage your case severly.

Also unless youa re a good lawyer yourself or have oodles of cash, might be best going another route before taking them to court, cos i bet there lawyers are much better than yours.......... could get messy and usually does, the only people who win out of court cases are lawyers
