Thatcham Cat 1 advice

Afternoon all - just wanting to test the water and ask what you all think would be the best Cat 1 alarm to install on a Mk2 Ibiza C/Sport?? I've been advised to get one with a "Current-Sensing" disable function, so the cooling fan doesn't set it off after a long-run? Is this correct, or am I barking up the proverbial wrong tree??

If you're after a Cat 1 then Clifford every time IMO. You shouldn't have to worry about the fans, any good installer will make sure it's not a problem.
