aw mate dont, i am trying to think up reasons why i shouldnt get a new cupra and the only reasons so far are the £££ and the amount of :banghead2:banghead: i need to go through to speak to someone that is willing to deal instead of say to me "THATS THE PRICE SO TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT"... i finally got somewhere when i asked to speak to the manager...i may get banned for swearing but i might just get an ST instead.

My dealers in Uddingston (Livingstones) have a MK2 Cupra for sale just now for £17'ish if I remember rightly. It belongs to the sales director who is a really nice chap and in no way thrashes his car, just not the type. The car was registered on the 1st of March this year. Was on their webiste when I looked the other day.

Just an idea if you want to save a few pounds!

The Seat garage in Uddingstone is a good garage very friendly staff and they never try and push for a sale. I bought my 07 FR from them and the service was top notch. I recommend you go and see them mate.

Surprised you say that mate. All hard shiny plastics from what I can remember, certainly not as nice as my old LCR. Tinny stereo as well. Cracking performance though.

Yup, they are indeed. I like the fact they aren't pushy, never have been in all the years we've known them.

Deffo worth a look.

nighty, I picked up my FR on March 1st - our cars must have met each other!!!
