Terrible noise from engine.

Guys plz advise ..

A few days ago I was driving , actually flying , like I never did.
I saw my RPMs passed 6000 point , and the day after I have started to hear some strange noise , coming from engine.
A noise appears at high RPMs , like from 3500 , with full gaz , the car is trying to accelerate on high gear (4-6) ... and the noise is like .. Khhhhhh .. Khhhhh ..
Also I have noticed , that I have a permanent noise , like "uuuuuuuu" , increases a volume according to a tours speed ...

It sounds funny , but not for me ...

What do you think , any ideas ?

Okay ... I've been at doctor , and it seems to be an air leaking from a turbo device either valve.

Anyone heard about it in these Leon models ?
