hi guys,

very occasionally, maybe once every 30 times I drive the car, the car warms up as usual, sticks at 90degrees for a while, then (whilst driving) the temperature drops to around 75 can stay there for a few minutes before warming back up. this can happen even after I've been driving half an hour or so, so I know its warm! Anyone know if this is a common problem etc?

cheers (its a cupra by the way :) )

Could be broke. I dount it would be cooling down whilst driving it.

My temp and petrol gauge broke on my car and I ended up having to get a new dash fitted.

Very very pricey:cry:

My ex just had the coolant temperature sender replaced at a cost of £103.

Her gauge never worked and eventually stopped the car from starting.

SEAT originally thought it was the sender pipe that caused mine. I wish it had of been, would of saved a few quid
