My temp gauge has been doing strange things going from 90 to 60 very quick spoke to a few people and my temp sensor has had it can i get one from vw or is it seat only

part number would be great

Have you had the heaters on mate? To clear windows etc?

Part number is S059919501A, I picked one up from SEAT on Tuesday but to be honest they didn't need the part no. £26.79 for the sensor, and don't forget the seal, which is about a quid.

fitted the sensor today mine cost £14.00 from seat i get big discount as im trade what a diffrence i think its been playing up for a while fuel costs were rising poor performance well worth changing
