does anyone know what the diff is between the various BHP's of say a leon

i.e. 90hp and 110hp. and to a larger extent 130hp

Obviously its not just a chip change as then you would be able to buy a 90hp tdi and instantly change it to 150hp or more.

I'm guessing its biger turbo's bettern intercoolers and larger injectors but I am only guessing would be nice if someone knew.

Well to be breif

90 and 110s use the older style injection system (high pressure rotary injection) with the 110 having different turbo, injectors and ecu amongst other smaller changes.

130bhp onwards use the newer Pumpe Deuse injection system, totally different head, turbo and injection system to the older 90 and 110s, and different mappings and smaller changes for fuel cooling etc.

but all the info is already here for you have a read back in the TDI section for detailed info.
