TCS (Traction Control Fault?)

Hi Guys

Noticed a week ago upon starting my car the TCS light remained illuminated after starting the car, I turned off the ignition and then back on and light went out, However i have noticed when im certain the wheels are spinning up the light no longer flickers like it used too telling me the TCS function is kicking in, Its not lighting up at all, Im aware that TCS is part of the same system loop as the ESP and ABS so not sure what the problem is hoping its just a sensor sending fault! I want to make clear i did a check in 1st and 2nd and on purpose made the wheels spin but still not a flicker from the TCS light, Any ideas folks?

Any Help is Good Help people but its a tricky one i know!

mine done this a couple of weeks ago, it was a clock spring behind the dash somewhere, it was still under warranty so it got changed. the part is cheap i think butt would not have a clue on how to change it.
