taking door card off ibiza mk3

My window just decided to fall off its runners and hit the bottom of my door... nice! Just in time for christmas! Anyways how do you go about taking the door card off the ibiza? Was going to try tonight but its too cold and dark plus ill probably just end up breaking it lol.

Well my mate who said he was going to do this for me has now decided he wont. So that leaves me stuck. I dont have a clue how to fix this window. Anyone have any experience in fixing these things? Really dont want to break trim etc.
