Tail Light Problem

Hi Chaps,

Got a problem with the driver's side tail light not working (passenger side is fine). It's a double filament bulb which is also used for the brake light.

The thing is, the brake light works fine but the tail light doesn't come on at all (even though its the same bulb). I bought two replacement bulbs, but still have the same problem. I have tried using the bulb from the passenger side which I know for sure works, but this brings no joy either.

I have unplugged the bulb fitting plates and switched them over to the other sides. Again, the passenger side still works fine, but the drivers side only the brake light will work and not the tail light.

Not happy! Can anybody shed some light please?

Are the front side lights working? Just wondering if you have blown a fuse.

I've just been for a look, and one side light is working, and one isn't. Also one rear number plate light is working, and one isn't.

Ah, yes was a fuse, all sorted now.

Sorry- I did think it could be a fuse but when I checked the fuse listing in the manual I automatically thought of front side lights only - doh.
