Hi Guys

Picked up my car on Sat and will post some pics later, got a couple of questions though, if anyone can help.

Disabling Interior Alarm Sensors:

Manual says there should be a button on the door that you press before setting the alarm - i havent got one:( Has anyone esle?

Cruise Control:

Doesnt appear to be a warning light on the dash to say that its engaged, is that right as again shows one in manual.

Just getting used to the car and is a lot quicker than my Celica was, 18" little noisy on some roads but worth it, only gripe is the radio, drivers side speaker buzzes at even low volume - that will need sorting.

Pics later

If it's anything like my old Mk4 Golf, the switch was near the floor on the main pillar between the front and rear doors.

There is no switch for the alarm, not sure why! As for the CC light I think it only comes on if you have the Larger MFD in the Dash (if you have the bluetooth kit or Sat Nav).

Just so you are not disappointed you also will not have a Boot Open light or a light to tell you that you are low on screen wash.

All of the above are only in conjunction with the large MFD!

2 quick presses of the remote when locking the car disables the volumetric sensors so no need for a button anymore (ignore the manual for that bit).

I don't have a cruise lamp either but not too fussed about it
