unsure where to post this, but question is, will mk3 ibiza cupra alloys fit on a vw mk3 golf, cant seem to find pcd and stud pattern

Errr nopes.

Mk3 Golf = 5 stud
Mk3 Ibiza = 4 stud

Ummm...
... IIRC some Mk3 Golfs were 4 stud and some were 5, so it depends on that!

jus found on rockford tyres, that there was a VW golf mk3 with 4 stud, same as mk3 ibiza, all sorted

If its a 4 stud Mk3 then yes they will fit fine.

generally only the GTI spec models and the VR6 came with 5 stud hubs but occasionally the some GTI models had 4 stud hubs. If it is a 4 stud golf it shares the same PCD (4x100) with the mk3 cupra and the offset is also around the ET35-38 mark so they'll be fine
