hi guys
i want to change suspensions for my 2010 FR TDI with fsd for comfort, streets here are sh{t

on stock in romania they have the front + rear koni fsd , but it's for the normal model (non FR) at 450 euro's

If they have to order the kit for my model it's 650-700 euros (not in stock)

The kit for normal leon 2.0tdi 2010 is fully compatible with my FR as mounting is concerded (55mm strut) cars have same weight ans so on..
What should i do? get this one on stock? price is very good.

The only thing that comes to mind is that the correct suspension for the FR is more sporty , which i dont need , streets are worse than you can imagine..so i need comfort.
thanks!

I'm considering the same myself.. Just found a thread, but I can't post links.. The thread is called 'Leon FR suspension too stiff / fit standard??' in the Leon Mk2 forum.

Loads of people seem to have the Koni FSDs with Eibach Proline - and almost all of them (at least the ones commenting in the forums) say it transforms the ride, making it much more smooth and comfortable, while keeping a bit of the sportiness.

I have no idea whether the non-FR kit would work. Is there a specialist who can tell you whether the kit would fit, before you buy it? Or someone knowledgeable on here could chip in :)

from koni official support guy in NL i got an answer, he said the difference is the more sporty version on the FR ..
but if comfort is needed the std version fsd should do the job
