Suspension dilemma

As Stated above for my Ibiza Fr Tdi
I have a budget of £400 not including fitting and alignment for Suspension Mods

The options I have found are

Just going for springs will be a horrendous ride. Rear anti roll bar is brilliant but I'd personally go for some coil overs and save up for a rear anti roll bar. Also worth changing the top mount bearings and shorter drop links if you get coilovers

First-link is for a shock and springs kit but only lowers 30mm
