i always thought that you get more power out of a Turbo than a supercharger so would it not be best do as you mentioned and get a bigger turbo??
apologies if im talkin sh*t!!

why you do that though, power delivery would be smoother but the engine has been built around the intergration of a turbo, not worth it in my opinion

Ruth's focus did indeed have that (I know her quite well)

However the supercharger has since been removed as it had been on there a number of years before the turbo was added and now she just prefers the turbo on its own.

Chris from power engineering has a mark 2 xr2 fiesta with an engine in the bak with turbo, supercharger and nos.

It weighs f00k all and is 350bhp, does the 1/4 mile in 11 secs :)

This was when RUth had turbo, supercharger and the nos

what sort of power was it putting out with the supercharger on i think i remember it being around 200bhp? must have been pretty good having both, with the supercharger eliminating the lag and the turbo coming in higher up the rev range :)
