sump plug problems

recently got my ibiza serviced but developed an oil leak straight after & took it back to the gut that did it & he told me that the sump plug was knackerd...
he didnt re-thread the hole which i was expecting him to do but all he did do was fit a plug which had come straight out of a ford escort! job done he said...
does anyone know if im likely to develop anymore problems by having this bodged like this? im just concerned that potentially i could seize my engine if this plug decides to part company as im driving it....

there been some dodgy dodgy things found as sump plugs before. ie spark plugs lol a nuts a nut at the end of the day!

if its tight it taken to the thread and secure with no leaks

but if its still leaking.....id get it sorted

also try nipping the bolt up a little bit more

I think a canadian company do oversize plugs,, have a hunt 'round
