Sump Oil Temps - Trackdays

If anyone does trackdays who has a temp guage from the oil sump can you report your temps during the trackdays along with your BHP and oil you use.

Also, can you include any info about you cooling upgrades if you have any.

Chris,

Danny has just been on the ring and recorded sump temperatures of 135 degrees C.
How does this effect the choice of oil for my car as I presume this will be the same as I would be recording on track days too.

Millers XF 5w40 fully synth, about 2000miles old - as Willie said 135 max at the 'ring - that was after 4 laps with short breaks between. 270bhp ish. Now installed a 16row oil cooler in the location of one of my SMIC (I have a FMIC) -Going Snetterton on 24th so will update after then - driving like a hoon on the road, can't get it above 105 ish.
