strange noise under the car

I have noticed a strange noise while driving with the window down coming from under the car. Sounds more like something is loose like a clip. I ve had a look under the car while parked could not see anything. Car still under warranty and bought it a week ago Anyone any suggestions?

could it be rear disk brakes...even when not using it? Just a thought!
