Strange noise from clutch?!

Own a 57 plate MK2 cupra, have done less then 10K miles.
Recently noticed a strange noise that appears to happen when the clutch is used frequently, i'e when driving slowly in car parks (looking for a space!!):D and having to change gear a fair bit, it also happens when pulling away on a hill.
The noise is a kind of whining sound and is a bit weird. It doesn't happen when the engine is cold only after a journey.
Any advice?
Any one else had this?

...it doesn't sound right though, someone more knowledgable may be able to help you.

As far as i'm aware everything is standard,
I asked the stealer when i took it in for a service, but typically they 'couldn't find any fault' its not really making any difference to the performance as far as i can tell but its just really annoying and seems to be getting worse!
Any more advice?

had it for ages mate , but not had my car back long from the stealers so reluctant for it to go back in again.
They are aware of it and i will have it done while i am away on holiday.

funniest thing is they all seem to go deaf when you talk to them about a noise
