strange boost

my new ibiza cupra is strange if i nail it through all the gears it peaks at 1bar of boost then drops to 0.5 but if im going slow say in second or any other gear 3/4/5 it peaks at 1.5 and holds 1bar its very hard to describe unless your driving the the car. under load the car produces good boost and hold but any other time it does not
in all my years of owning cars this has beat me

i think mine has just been doin it after i fitted my fmic or it has become more noticable after that!!!!!

FMIC should help to hold the boost better, have you done logs? What IC are you using?

mine is the laguna fmic it does hold the boost but if i start from 1st to 2nd through all the gears to red line it does not hold the boost as well if i was in 3rd doin about 40 then floor it it peaks at 1.3 bar the fades to about 1 bar till the red line its very strange, but this could be normal i have never been in another cupra since i bouught mine so its difficult to tell!!!!
