Stop/Tail bulbs question

I am having problem with my brake lights and i am sure it could possibly be due to the incorrect stop/tail bulbs fitted.(I have changed the brake light switch as the fault code showed a switch fault).

Can someone check for me which bulbs are used as i phoned the Seat dealer and they said its a 12v5w but i think it should be a double element 12v21w5w offset (?) as that is what on my car at present.

Please help as a stop from the cops will happen soon
