Stone chip on my Ibiza

I recently noticed a stone chip at front of the bonnet and just washed my car today and rust has set in Does anybody know if Seat will repair this under warrenty (10yr rust protection thing) or because the paint has been fouled will they tell me its my problem to sort.

Has anyone else had this problem with their car? If so how did you sort it and did you have to pay someone to put it right.(how much if you did).

If i have to sort it myself, any advice on good places to take it in West Yorkshire (closer to Huddersfield the better)

Ps once its sorted any one put any protective film on the front. Any advice on these products for mk IV pre-face lift FR would be great

wiat till after winter you'll have about 30! i'm getting mine resprayed and that protective film put on!

not researched yet but highly recommend to do before winter to save your bonnet...trust me it'll be a mess by April

Its not a warranty claim because an object has damaged the protective paint/primer layers. If you had noticed rust bubbling under unbroken paint that would have been different.

how much roughly is a respray for the bonnet? and the film?
