Sticky clutch

Hi all, Happy New Year

Need a little help, when i put my foot down on the clutch pedal, it feels like gravel. If thats a good explination. When it is in gear it feels worse, but i can also feel it when its out of gear.The only thing is it feels different from day to day.

Any help would be much appreciated

All the way through the travel of the pedal, or just the very last little bit?

really noticable at the top and the bottom, not so much in the middle
