Stick with DMF or do a SMF conversion?

Hi guys, hope all is well! I have a 2014 FR, 1.4 TSI, 150hp, CZEA engine. Just had the gearbox reconditioned due to the rivets breaking off the diff and the crown gear being cracked. Will be changing the clutch and flywheel while I have the box off. Should I stick with dual mass or swap over to a single mass? I like the fact the car would be more responsive with single mass as I do "rag it", and of course my bank account will benefit, however, I want my nice new shiny box to stay nice and new for as long as possible lol. I am concerned about the vibrations causing increase stress on the new transmission components or crankshaft, which would defeat the object of the SMF being cheaper. I also don't want my engine to sound like a rattling tin can. Comfort doesn't really matter to me.

Are the rattles and vibrations really that much of an issue? What do you guys recommend I fit?
